Mr. Smedley has been employed by the City
of Salem since May 1979.
His responsibilities include operation and
maintenance of the City's 50 miles of sanitary sewers and
pump stations.
He also recently accepted responsibility for
the maintenance of Salem's storm sewer system.
Additional responsibilities include assisting
Terry Pennington
in the daily operation of the Water Pollution Control Facility.
